it’s not often that i have the opportunity to attend fashion events. so when the call came to attend the Material Worlds Fashion Show at Ace Hotel AND interview one of the designers presenting at the show (more on that later this week), i knew i had to make it work. The show is inspired by the earth-shattering work of Iris van Herpen, on display right now at the Carnegie Museum of Art. i firmly believe it’s going to be one of the best fashion events Pittsburgh has ever seen. so i’m pretty pumped.

the show is sold out. but i’m sure if you follow me or any number of the other pittsburgh fashion bloggers on instagram that you will feel like you have a front row seat to the show. 

now to the good stuff. what should i wear? help me choose!
