this week there was a flash of spring (already) which had me thinking layers. dressing for a cold morning and a relatively balmy afternoon simultaneously is easy when you can dismantle layers. 

unfortunately for cold-blooded creatures like me, the mercury is plummeting again. the bright side? we’re already halfway through january! we’re going to make it everyone.
