this Alice and Olivia dress is yet another ebay purchase. i needed something for my (new) office holiday party and this felt like a nice blend of fun and WORK. i wanted to see if i could repurpose the party dress to feel like a day-to-day dress. enter the workhorse - a black turtleneck. this was a perfect way to make a sleeveless dress feel a lot more practical (and warm, which i guess, in january, could fall into the practical category).
